4. If the notice arrives after the car has departed from Hanoi and still has not boarded the high-speed train to the island: You will pay the travel company for used services (car fee: 400,000 VND / person) (except children free), the first lunch fee: 150,000 / serving / adult.
5. If the notice prohibits the afternoon train to Quan Lan - Van Don: You will bear all incurred costs: meals, accommodation and other costs. We will pay for tour guide fees incurred during island stays and overnight car stays on Cai Rong port.
