The place where you will touch the first lane to Moc Chau Plateau is Tan Lap. Victory monument Dien Bien Phu consists of 3 soldiers standing with their backs facing each other, lifting a Thai baby, the top is the winning flag. Fansipan is the highest mountain of Indochina peninsula (3,143 m), located in the center of Hoang Lien Son range. 18h00: Arrive in Dien Bien city. Dinner then check in hotel to rest. Free time to explore Dien Bien Phu city at night. Overnight in Dien Bien Phu city.
