Trang An is an ecotourism area located in the World Heritage Site of Trang An in Ninh Binh province. It has been rated a national monument of special importance by the Vietnamese Government and has been recognized by UNESCO as a dual world heritage since 2014 (Natural and Cultural Heritage).
Phat Diem Cathedral (often called Phat Diem Stone Church) is a Catholic church complex of about 22 hectares, located in Phat Diem town, Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province, about 120 km from Hanoi. southward. This is a large building, now the cathedral of the vast Phat Diem diocese in northern Vietnam. The church was built entirely of stone and wood. Phat Diem Church was started in 1875 and basically completed in 1898. The unique feature of this work is that: although it is a Catholic church, it is modeled after the architectural features of Vietnamese temples. This architectural complex was presided over and built gradually by Father Peter Tran Luc, a priest in Phat Diem diocese since 1865 and Catholics for more than 30 years.

13:00: After lunch, take your car to visit and celebrate at Phat Diem Stone Church - visit the church with unique architecture by the harmonious combination of Eastern and Western architectural features, with structure completely made of stone, the roof is curved like a pagoda roof .. This stone church complex has a length of 200 m, a width of 110 m, with a wall covering, with many constructions such as Ao Ho, Phuong Dinh, Cathedral, Four neighboring churches, Stone Church, ... were built by priest Peter Tran Luc (himself named Tran Triem) from 1876 to 1899. This is a stylish architectural work. the Eastern way is very unique.
