REGULATIONS APPLY TO THE PROGRAM:

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation as prescribed by the Company. We will flexibly resolve each specific case within the permitted capacity.

Conditions for tour cancellation refund of Party A:

• Cancellation after booking: 20% cancellation fee of tour
• Cancellation 15 days before departure: 50% of tour price cancellation fee
• Cancellation from 5-15 days before departure: cancellation fee 70% of tour price
• Cancellation 3-5 days before departure: cancellation fee 90% of the tour
• Cancellation within 3 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply that.

Other specified conditions:

• Party B commits to the same service quality as announced in the program.
• Party B organizes Party A's guests to follow the announced schedule. The order of destinations may change, depending on the actual conditions, but still ensure enough destinations in the program.
• Party B buys insurance for Party A's guests according to the schedule.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has enough 10 guests or more, we will organize the departure according to the announced schedule. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A's guests 5 days in advance. If Party A cannot arrange a new time, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B does not organize the delegation to go on time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war…. Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties.
